It’s uncomfortable compared to other brands using same technique, I used it for only one hour and felt its strong and annoying, I wasn’t breath well so I removed it. I tried all sizes, same problem.

Cannot say if it is effective or not for snoring as I was able to comfortably fit any of the 8 dilators in my nostrils.The tube shaped ones are a soft silicon but the other type are a hard plastic

i don't think snoring is related to the nose holes, unless you have super small holes and these can keep them open so you can breath, which is not the case for many. just wanted to give it a try and nope, didnt help.
