Functional, but be careful when using tool.
While the functionality is the intention, it's actually quite dangerous because so many sides of the scissors are sharp, I have to be extra careful when using it (even as normal scissors). Some of the edges where the plastic are is also super sharp. It doesn't seem to cut the skin off meat well, but other than that, it gets the job done.

Pathetic design. Dont waste money on this
This scissor has a faulty design. Broke into two pieces within weeks. Metal is not steel and will rust if you use water to clean it
