LEGO42075 Construction, Building Sets & Blocks All Ages,Multi color

Very nice, good size box for a gift.

My son is a Legophilliac and this set merely abated his symptoms for a couple of hours before his gargantuan appetite for the little plastic blocks hit us like a tsunami. Seriously though this set is a delight to build and play with and the Technic range really is a huge hit with my boy. He may only be 6 but he can do this set in a flash so we don't pay heed to the age range recommendations on the box anymore.

Quite a complicated build despite its quite small size. No option for motorising this model though, which I think lets it down. But good price for the parts it contains in the kit and good functions. Slight problem with the rear axles assembly, in that the axles/wheels fall off very easily when played with. I am very tempted to get another one and turn it into a 'Backdraft' monster jam truck.

Great product, this was bought for my nephew's 9th birthday. He'll spend time with Grandad putting this together. Have rated this a 4 star, as I believe there's still a challenge but between them they will manage to assemble it without too much trouble.

My 5 year old considers himself a master builder .built this in about 4 hours over two days!

good little fire truck to build, however there are some flaws with the suspension which you really have to watch out for it not to prang out of spot and flicks the lot all over the place lucky i was able to locate all the flying parts
