Order 12L for school
12L is pre-K size perfect. I purchased the 12L, thinking I’d rathe have a larger size but I almost bought the 7L and I am glad I didn’t. The 12L is perfect pre-k size and I guarantee the 7L would be too small. The 12L is smaller than an average school sized backpack and fits my 2 year old perfectly. It’s a great quality, everything functions well, and she absolutely adores it. It’s big enough to fit a folder, lunch box, and a change of clothes but I don’t imagine it would fit much more than that. The matching lunch box fits perfectly and is perfect.I imagine that if you are looking for a small bag for just a change of clothes or small toys, the 7 L would be good for that purpose.

The media could not be loaded. I looked for DAYS online; trying to find the ideal backpack for my daughter. Thanks to a few reviews I read, I took a chance on this one. It's the perfect backpack for her and I think it would be great for any preschooler; even going into kindergarten. This backpack has one main zipper that has a little pouch on the inside and two little zippers on the outside. Also, two side pouches for water bottles.I find that it's easy to clean. It's well padded on the shoulders and back,(The straps on the shoulders are adjustable). We've been using this backpack for a little over a month, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Also, my little one LOVES it!

Amazing for a preschooler!
We bought this backpack to replace our 3 year olds preschool backpack we had purchased earlier in the year. We needed one with a chest strap so he could wear it during the car pickup line more independently. This bag is perfect. It’s slightly smaller than his old bag which is nice! It fits his lunchbox, thermos, and clothes easily. You can also see how a standard notebook would fit. The straps have a soft lining on the inside and the quality of the bag is amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a bag for a younger kid.

12 Liter size good for school age kid
Dimensions (12 Liter Size)15” Tall11.5” Wide5.5” DeepJust received this today, but feels well made. Ordered the 12L size for my kindergarten age daughter, and fits her well. The 12L size seems like the normal size backpack for a school aged kid. If I were to guess, off the size of what I ordered, the 7.5L size would be good for a daycare age kid.

Perfect for preschool - 12L
So I got this bag for my 3 year old starting pre school early and it’s actually a really nice size. It’s like a good in between size of the small toddler bags and a full on child school backpack. Doesn’t hang too low under his butt. Clips are adjustable. I wanted to show this print especially because I didn’t see any reviews with it before I purchased and I just wanted to add that the color is so vibrant in person, I wasn’t expecting that. I’m pretty sure we’re gonna use this one for a while. :)

Perfect preschool backpack for 2 year old
This is the perfect preschool backpack for my 2 year old. We got the smaller size one listed.My daughter is small for her age and I was so glad this fit her well. The shoulder straps are nicely padded for comfort and the chest clip is nice to help keep it on her. It does *barely* fit a standard size folder in it and zips (corners had to bend slightly to fit the curved top of the bag). But has plenty of room for whatever else she will need to take back and forth from preschool & daycare. We have the straps snug to as small as they go to fit her, so would be a good fit for older toddlers as well. School age children will want to go with the larger size to more easily fit multiple standard size folders and notebooks inside.

Cute child's backpack
I bought this backpack for our Disney World trip based on the design and other reviews. The bag part itself was perfect size for our daily park needs. Loved the strap across the front because it held our hats and popcorn bucket. However, please note that this is a child’s sized backpack. I got the 12L and straps were too small for me (I’m 5’7”). It was uncomfortable for me (an adult) after a couple of days and putting it on and off. Still happy I got it. My daughter will definitely be using it for school too. If you’re petite built, then you may be more comfortable with it than I was if you’re looking to use it for Disney parks.

Durable fun backpack
My son loves his Mickey Mouse backpack. It seems well constructed. I had to throw it in the wash due to a spill and it came out like new. The pockets on the sides fit decent sized cups easily. It has a front pocket for pencils, and also a small zippered pocket for small things. Main backpack compartment has a divider and also a clear pocket to hold a card with your child’s name. Big enough to hold a lunch box. Overall, great backpack.

Very small
I measured this against my sons current backpack for pre-school and it seemed the same but it is actually a toddler size. Disappointing as we can not use it, it wont even fit the matching lunch box and drink bottle I purchased :(
