You have to be careful they do not come open when you flip them. No stick is great.

Useful tool, keeps the Kebab in shape and from breaking up during BBQ’ing, with a degree of difficulty the wooden handles can be taken off to use in an oven, my only concern is the black coating, I think after an amount of use the black coating will start to chip away, unless the metal is stainless steel one may end up with some rust, over all I like the product

I must admit they are very sturdy but there is one thing that is not to my liking. The oval shaped ring that closes the top to the bottom is not as large as being shown here. The oval shape ring is difficult to slide over the end to keep the two halves together. The fit is just too tight for my liking.

Very useful tool. Makes grilling vegetables a lot easier. Good quality.
