does this item coe with salt packs?

ALSO, buy yourself some small screw top containers (5 gram ones here on Amazon is what I bought.) you can measure your non-iodized salt (about 1/2 t. with just a pinch of baking soda if you like per 8-12 oz water) and save a bunch of money over those "convenience packets." NEVER EVER FORGET the SALT!!!!! I speak from experience.

Does it come with any saline packets, or do you have to get/make your own?

Assembled in the USA. Salt packets, including the salt and sodium bicarbonate are made/purchased in the USA. Syringe, tip and case manufactured in China.

I bought this about 5 months ago. In the last few weeks, the plunger is sticking and hard to depress. Any solutions for this? I've liked it up til now

Just like a toothbrush, it's good to replace it after 5 or 6 months. I use mine longer and never have a problem, though. I take it apart, shake it out to dry it and wrap the two pieces in a dry towel and set it there for the next time after each use.
