Very good for any one interested in aromatherapy, gives properties of essential oils,carrier oils, butters and hydrolats, how to use and store. Gives a broad range of conditions and remedies, also advice on skin, hair and body care, and ideas to create natural home care products. I would highly recommend, ideal for beginner an excellent reference book.

Book is great. Delivered day after 1st date given. Nicely set out a useful addition to my library of aromatherapy reference books.
