wonderful socks
Exceeded expectation. Really comfortable, warm socks and fit ideally for my hiking boots also.

Wide across the toes
I have two lots of Storm-Bloc PADDED Sole lightweight, breathable socks which I highly recommend. These cushioned sole ones are far too wide across the toes for my feet. I have average width feet, wear size 5 (38) walking boots, and they were very uncomfortable, wearing these socks. All the spare material gathered around the toes. They are thicker, I understand that, but too bulky, in my opinion.

Comfy
Very comfortable socks. Great quality. I’m sure they’ll last a long time. I’ve washed them a few times and they are still perfect

Good value cotton walking socks compared with others on the market.
The cotton allows the feet to keep reasonably cool and the cushioned sole makes them even more comfortable. The only small problem is the elasticated tops which can be a bit uncomfortable after a day's wearing. For the price, though, I can't really complain.

So warm and cosy
These socks are ideal, they are thicker than normal socks, fit well so don't slide around or fall off, are really warm and cosy, love them!

Great quality
Feel very good quality and fitting is quite snug. Only had them for 2 weeks, so far so good. Worth the money.

Very large fit
I cannot fault the quality of these socks. Unfortunately, however, they are an extremely large fit. For reference, I am a UK6/6.5 and found these very big - a lot of excess material around the heels and toes. the large fit resulted in blisters after hiking. I would therefore recommend these are cosy socks for around the house, but would not recommend as walking socks unless you have larger feet!

Disappointed
I ordered these socks despite reading the reviews that they were oversized and they are on the large side - I am a size 5. When I pull the sock on to fit the toe the heal goes up the back of my ankle, when I fit the sock on the heel there is too much loose sock at the toe end which then hurts my toes when I put a boot on. The fabric is quite itchy and uncomfortable. I was hoping that after washing they would shrink and soften; unfortunately they didn't. The fabric is still itchy, the foot part is still too big; the only thing that seems to have shrunk is the elasticated top which is now that tight it feels like they are going to cut my circulation off. Not impressed at all with these I'm afraid so cannot recommend.
