okay so this steamer is everything. I’ve been dealing with clogged pores and blackheads forever, and this has seriously made a diff. The steam comes out strong but not too hot, and it runs for a solid 30 mins if u need it. I usually do about 10-15 min sessions, and my skin feels so soft after. it opens up my pores so my skincare absorbs better too.The extraction tools it comes with are actually good quality, not the cheap ones you usually get. I use the steamer 2-3x a week and I swear my skin is smoother and less congested. also doubles as a humidifier when my room feels dry. super easy to use, no mess. deffinately recommend for anyone trying to level up their self-care.

This has worked great for clearing my sinuses. Added benefit was reducing wrinkles and firming skin under my eyes. I added a bit of peppermint essential oil from Now Solutions (another favorite) and the results were great. I repeat weekly for clear breathing and skincare. I paid about $30, which is a great value. I highY recommend it!

LOVEEE IT. the color is bright like the picture and i love it. the size it perfect and it heats up hella fast so be careful while you open the head to pour out the remaining water after you’re done. the towel compartment isn’t too big but it does fit like costco hand towels which is perfect sizes for your face sooo i still really like it but like just size reference for ygs

I enjoy using it very much when it works properly. I have used it three times already. The third time I used it was last night. I waited for a long time, checked on the water reservoir , turned it off, unplugged the machine, then restart again, the steam just wouldn’t come out. I took out the water reservoir and put it back and finally the steam came out. I am a bit worried that I got a bad machine. I will try to use it again tonight.

If you're like me and don't have the time or money to go to a spa all the time, girl… this product is for you. I love getting facials when I have time at home, and this product is a 10/10 It works really well. I use a lot of steam and it does its job perfectly. It is very gentle on the skin and if you are congested you can also use it as a vaporizer.

The media could not be loaded. Not sure if it’s defective but it’s brand new I’ve had it less than 48 hours. Only used distilled water did not over fill water tank and emptied reservoir after each use (2). I cannot capture the unbelievable amount of water this thing poured out. I hope you can see the water stain on my mattress. On third use steam took more than 25 min to heat. As steam started I let it hit my face my primary use of for inhaling steam for nasal sinus moisture ok. I don’t mind the heat and was deep breathing the steam. Out of no were it starts spitting from towel warmer. It being right in front of me it is spitting directly on my hands SCALDING hot water. If being painful I freak and push it away a few inches. Almost immediately the steam stops and water comes ERUPTING from the top pouring massive amounts of hot water out but not is spitting from the top streams of this hot water burning my arms and legs having to grab a towel to cover my hand so I can push it away far enough. It eventually ran out of water and I was able to safely turn it off.. for a reference of the time frame here 20 just heat up and start steaming - it took 8 minutes from the steam touching my face to the water running out and turning it off. 8 minutes of the water expelling at massive rate and being a painful scalding temperature to completely running out of water.Processed a refund and canceled a replacement under the assumption the unit is defective. AND SHOULD BE DESTROYED. Not to mention the one they sent was so clearly used. The logo already faded and I emphasize that I’ve had it less than 48 hours. After reading reviews from Amazon and other sellers I’ve learned this company sells used units as new, often defective. General census is the heat is not regulated and is over heating, has In fact caused injuries and serious burns to several people indicating there are too many defective units being sold. Knowing now what to look for on my replacement to confirm it’s new and not used. Already looking into safer alternatives from other facial steamers. Need to have one for preventing infection as I have sinusitis and have an autoimmune disorder that has dried out my eyes mouth and nose. I need a steamer to use regularly and avoid infection knowing it took two uses for it to malfunction does not give me any indication a replacement will actually function properly. Was planning to use towel warmer for warm compress never got the chance same for humidifier. My last complaint is steam does not produce a solid or constant stream will steam for a few second then stop and start steaming again I.n a different direction. I felt like I was going around a marry go round moving my head in circles to catch the steam. Will update about replacement sent and its quality but not hopeful. Do not recommendThe last picture really shows you how much water came out of this. That yellow is not pee, it’s the water that erupted from the unit, why is the water it leaked yellow? Because of the limescale and mineral buildup, strange that my “new” steamer I’ve used twice had limescale and mineral buildup form in 24 hours. Clearly the product sent to me was not new.
