The button fastening may be rigid but at least it does not leak or have any problems coming in or out.

Amazing design, great quality
This product is so innovative and useful! I bought it for our bunny for when we go outside or to the vet. She is finicky, and she doesn't really drink out of it much -- but it's not because of the product. There are two buttons: a dispenser and a lock that you can slide on or off -- and it's a strong lock button, too, so you're not just going to bump it and spill water everywhere. The material is strong and will withstand even the most fervent water drinker. I really like that it's compact and will fit in my purse, but it's also ergonomically designed for efficient pet access. Great product!
