The foam roller is very hard, and this should have been mentioned in the description of the product. I don't think many women would use it, it is too hard for a woman's body. The stick roller is good, but not the best of its kind i'm sure. But it gets the job done. I use it for my whole body. I hadnt expected the balls to be so tough, as I haven't had experience with lacrosse balls before. But I suppose massage balls should be hard. The resistance band is a bonus but I already have a set so that wasn't important for me. The bag is convenient, great for traveling. Overall I would recommend it depending on for everything except the foam roller.

Poor package and one band is missing

Now I am not surenif all roller set is very hard? Ive tried some from the local gym and it feels kind of different. But it does the job quite well. For now Ill give 5 stars, ill update this post in case theres some issue that I will encounter but so far everything is good.

Foam roller is great the small massage balls are not so good they are not so strong
