The picture quality on this TV is something else. Absolutely stunning contrast, sharpness and colour.Software is smooth and hassle free. Coming from a Sony Android TV, this was very important to me as I constantly struggled with lag and inconsistent WiFi connection.The TV itself is super thin. Like thinner than your smartphone thin (apart from the base). Looks great - modern, clean look and minimal bezels.It doesn't come cheap, but in my opinion, you get your money's worth.

Brilliant TV - the B9 wins the best TV awards only because it's supposed to be cheaper than the C9, but here the C9 is cheaper so you get the same fantastic picture quality as the B9 but with the faster processor and at a really good price. No need to go for this year's model (CX) when the picture quality remains the same and the price is this good for the 2019 model. Great delivery from Amazon as usual too. Highly recommended

Amazing set from LG, love this product, most importantly delivery was stunning, when status said delivery will be done in 4-5 days TV got delivered on the same day of ordering. Very much satisfied with product and delivery.After 2 months of usage I can confidently recommend to any one for the quality of picture and sound clarity. With LG speakers it works much smooth, seem less and perfect. Double times worth the money invested and I am very happy.

I was looking to buy a TV after my 10 year old Sony gave up. Was weighing between LG C9, Samsung Q95, Sony A9G and Sony X95G. All of them have their own strengths and weaknesses but the deal clincher was the C9’s price on Amazon. I have gone through all the major retailer’s prices and they were expensive by a huge margin. Though I was skeptical I tool the plunge. Its been only a day and everything seems fine so far. Now coming the TV, Its seems to be South African model as that was default country in the settings when I switched on. The plug is a European two pin. The picture quality is fantastic but for sound even though its good, I have always preferred external speakers. All the required apps including netflix, prime video and youtube have to be downloaded and are not preinstalled. I felt the OS was very slow in the beginning and once the software updates were installed it had improved. Had to restart the TV couple of times for installing the WEBOS updates. I didn’t find any VPN apps in the content store in the initial search. This may be important for someone who’s looking to bypass the region locks. For me the biggest gripe is the reflection in the screen. Though it has been said in many reviews, the level has not been seriously mentioned. I have it installed it in the living, which is quite bright and having annoying reflections of myself, the couch and wall hangings during dark scenes so I must caution that this TV is STRICTLY FOR DARK ROOMS only and thats the reason I have dropped a star. As far as delivery again fabulous job by amazon in delivery within a dayEdit 1 - After tweaking the picture settings the reflection has become negligible and limited only to scenes where its black so upgrading the rating to 5star

It's not intended for UAE market, plug and firmware are likely for African market. Some of the FW updates can't be done OTA, instead you have to change the region and do it through USB. I doubt this is official UAE LG distributor item, which could explain why others had issue with warranty and repair. Airplay2 not supported, due to 'wrong' region.

Product is amazing. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Super thin. Loads of functionality, picture quality on everything is perfect.. delivery was about 3 days early. They guys were super through making sure the screen worked before leaving.One very minor issue is that the TV was stored somewhere that has some kind of epic level dust. Whilst the screen is fine, this dust has ruined my clothes even after washing multiple times.

I bought LG OLD 65 inch smart TV from amazon before 2 months. I have problem with TV. The issues is started turning off after it is turned on in just a few seconds.The warranty and repair are not clear and very bad. I will never buy any TV from amazon in the future. It is better to buy TV from local distributor and market.

Very good smart TV, the screen is incredibly thin, the black color is really very black.The operating system is pretty well designed and very intuitive. The remote is also good, the pointer feature is really helpful when browsing Netflix or similar.Don't hesitate, go for it and you won't regret it.
