Highly Recommend-This kibble makes my GSD very happy
I have a 3 year old rescue German Shepherd with an array of health issues and sensitivities. For the first year, I fed her Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach per the vets recommendation. While that food didn’t seem to cause any problems, in hindsight it actually exacerbated her issues. She was throwing up multiple times a week, never had consistent bowel movements and then after a while she just stopped eating it and showing interest. Then I heard about the recalls and knew it was time for a switching over to The Wolf King, my dog hasn’t thrown up once, her bowel movements are less frequent and 100x more consistent (which tells me she’s actually absorbing the nutrients from this food). Not only has it made a huge improvement in her digestion, SHE LOVES IT! She actually craves this food and sees it as a high value option that i can even use for training. It’s so hard to find trustworthy dog food brands out there, but I’m letting my dogs health speak for the quality. I highly recommend this brand!

My Corgi Loves It
This is my boy's favorite. He likes the large pieces and it keeps his coat shiny and body lean as a high activity dog. We adopted his lady love and I decided to attempt her weight loss via adjusting his food and... he didn't say anything but ai saw his coat dull and he looked bone thin instead of muscular.Won't do it again, I promise.

Boomer loves it!
Vet recommended this food after Boomer got a skin bump. Said the food I was feeding him was likely causing the bump. Sure enough by switching to this food the bump went away in about a month!

I'm a fan of Solid Gold
My dogs usually eat the Solid Gold Hund-N-Flocken, which is the pink and yellow bag. One time I ordered this by mistake and found that one of my dogs prefers this food quite a bit over the Hund-N-Flocken. Here’s where there is a bit of a difference though, the Hund-N-Flocken is 28.5 lbs and usually about $49.99. However, the price for the Real Natural Bison is often higher, at 59.99 for 24lbs. Sometimes the price on the Real Natural Bison will dip and when it does, I do get a bag of it to give some variety to our dogs. There’s no issue with upset stomachs and the dogs really do seem to devour this. The pieces are larger, but there seems to be no issues when I give a cup of this versus a cup of a different food. I think that Amazon tends to drop its price on the larger bags probably when it’s been in inventory longer. However, I have not had any issues when ordering it online, especially when I’ve gotten stuff from pet stores that have had had moths in them. Although it’s for larger dogs, I think that it has to do with the piece size and my smaller dog devours it without issue as well. My overall experience with Solid Gold has been pretty solid, even since they changed their owners. I don’t have to worry about recall notices that I’ve seen with other brands. Yet, it is pricey and I’m paying for piece of mind. Oh! This also has a lower calorie count than most dog foods, Hund-N-Flocken has a few less calories, but not by much, but overall it is one of the more lower calorie foods that you will find, which is good for my pudgy dogs. The 4 stars has to do with the price variations for the smaller bags than other types within the brand.

Dog loves it.
I try to get high quality food that doesn’t upset our greyhounds stomach and this fits the bill. Dog likes it and keeps her poo firm. Wish there were better options for adjusting repeat delivery schedule.

Ingredient list is wrong in the description
I bought this for my GSD because he can’t have chicken. So I saw this dog food and was surprised with the ingredients and it had grains in it which is perfect. It’s hard to find a limited ingredient dog food with grains, so I was happy to see this food. But when I got the food in the mail I read the ingredient list on the bag and the bag listed that it has chicken fat in it. But no where on the amazon ingredient list does it say that. :(
