The next two day's when I went back to the park I did my usual 2 lap walk then did 2 laps of sprints and walk and a final lap of walking (3 mile total). When I do HIIT workouts on a spin bike, I don't want to count in my head or have to keep looking at a clock on a wall or starting/stopping a timer. Enter gymboss! Set the interval times - exercise time and rest time - clip on to your waist and it will tell you exactly when to start and stop. You can set it to beep and/or vibrate at each switch from exercise to rest time and for how long it beeps/vibrates. If you're in a crowded gym or working out next to someone, I'd recommended turning off the sound, it will annoy people. Love this, lets you really dig into the workout and concentrate on giving full effort w/o having to think about keeping track of time. Very convenient - easy to throw in gym bag and very small and light, comes in cool colors.
