Only one or two occational glasses of wine, nothing stronger. Review: Interesting Read - I am using the book more as a resource guide opposed to reading it cover to cover. There is an appendix that makes this helpful. I’d highly recommend The Food Mood Connection if you’re like me- interested in food being your medicine- and not too interested in the western medical approach of “we have a pill for that!” I haven’t gotten into the recipes much yet, but will be looking forward to eventually trying some out.

Interesting Read
I am using the book more as a resource guide opposed to reading it cover to cover. There is an appendix that makes this helpful. Excellent source of information
This was a fantastic book packed full of information and all backed up with peer reviewed evidence! It was not heavy on jargon and fun to read. Love the cheat sheets and the wonderful recipes that are included. Highly recommend this book. We can all make small changes to our diet and help our brains!!

Same recipes as the first book
Good information but very disappointed because they just repeated the same recipes from the first book. I had the third book in my cart and decided against it because I need more recipes for working with this.
