FYI, the "Steel blue" is really "denim." I saw other sellers with the same one and it was listed as denim, which I hate. I deliberately picked this one hoping it would really be a pale blue versus denim, but nope, that's what I got.Has two zippered sides, so you can keep pencils on one side and little things like erasers or pencil sharpeners in the other.Also random but kind of cute, comes with a little button latch for the zipper so it doesn't swing everywhere, presumably so that the zipper can't slide open and spill your bits everywhere. I think that'd be unlikely to happen unless you were really rough on it.Also, I do think it's a teeny bit short for pencils. I'm making it work but brand new pencils freshly sharpened seem to be cutting it close to the zipper edge when all assembled in the stretchy cloth holders on the inside.

Yes! This is GREAT for my 12 year old’s pencils! He only has a small set for school and they were always falling out of the tin they came in or getting broken in a pencil bag in his backpack. This is EXACTLY what he needed. Slim enough to carry all the time and protective enough for him to own a NICE set that’s soft lead and easy to color with so he doesn’t complain about coloring (he’s no artist lol)

Nice little case! Bought specifically for Prismacolor Col-erase pencils. They’re new and only sharpened once - a tight fit with the eraser, but was able to zip case up fine. Regular colored pencils fit with room to spare.

I use this to store straight razors. I will hold a single razor in each of the elastic bands, so 6 razors in total for the 24 pencil size.

It was very nice and well built. Unfortunately I had to send it back because it was smaller that I though it would be. It's 1/2 inch width less than a kindle and fits a regular pen, but not long pencils.

Love these pencil cases, a little more expensive than I would normally buy but it should last for a while. Arrived on time and is better quality than most cases you buy for the kids for school.

It's canvas, holds exactly 24 pencils (no more, no way), and does not appear to be water/weather resistant, which I was kind of hoping it would be. It's neat enough though and if you're fine with 24 pencils and no waterproofing, then it's a perfectly decent product.

Excellent case, nice construction, protects the contents well. A bit pricey for what it holds, but it will clearly last for years.

I’ve been buying these cases for about seven years now when they were sold by global art. Even that old the cases are in perfect condition still and have been use a lot. I recently bought a few more sets of colored pencils and noticed the cases looks exactly the same but they are now being made by a different company called speedball. The zipper on this speedball case broke within a week.

It is a nice little case. Easy to carry around as it is quite slim. Quality is sturdy and I like the little popper button so the zipper doesn't catch in your bag.You could fit 24 pencils in as long as they are on the shorter side, new pencils will probably be too long. Be sure not too put any thicker pens in it or it won't zip up. Nowhere to put a small sharpener or eraser so they don't move around or fall out when you open it.Overall it is a nice case but I don't think it is really worth near £20. One day I will find the perfect case.

Lovely case. I had seen someone else’s in a different colour and decided to get the 24 and 48 for myself. I find this to be a really attractive shade of blue. I plan to use mine for colour pencils. Other reviewers are right in that the 24 size really fits 18 more easily but if you really needed the space for 24 it can be done (although if you use strictly Luminance pencils you would struggle- I can fit 3 Polychromos and 1 Luminance as a maximum although I am choosing to stick to 2/1- a limited palette never harmed anyone). Another reviewer said that it is a bit short because of the rounded corners. I can see that if you put in 24 new pencils it could be a bit tricky but I use mine so often that I always have shorter ones that can go at the ends so this isn’t a problem. It also isn’t a problem if you only put 3 pencils in these end spaces. Really pleased with how smooth the zip is and how sturdy the case feels. I will be much happier travelling with my pencils now they aren’t rattling around.
