Did Bandai fix the loose joint issue?

The Iron Man Mark 85 Final Battle Version doesn’t have the loose joint issue. The joints are really good. On the other hand, the joints on the Captain America endgame final battle’s joints very much have the loose joints issue. After an hour out of the package I was having issues getting him to his hammer as well as his shield. They just don’t hold up and his shoulders won’t stay up. Iron man is good, Cap needs work.
