I have an older Motorola droid phone and it wouldn't hold a charge, would not work while connected to the charger. I took it to two phone repair places and they said they could not help me--I had to buy a new phone. That is now a much more laborious task. I found this battery on Amazon, had it installed and my phone was like new.

Battery life
Been in use for two weeks with typical phone use. It has not shut off on me while chatting, photo taking, doing video's or talking on the phone. So far so good.

New Battery! New Life!
I was very hesitant to attempt replacing the battery in my Droid Turbo XT1254, but after watching a U tube on it, I moved forward very carefully. It was not what I would call easy, but with patience as well as being extremely careful, I was able to successfully complete the task. So far, day 3 now, and after depleting the battery and allowing the phone to power down due to low battery each time, I am very pleased with the new lifelike condition that was restored to my phone. Understand that it has been quite sometime that I would have difficulty lasting 6-8 hours. Since last charge, now 26+ hours, and this was fairly heavy use. Love the battery, love the new life given to my loved old phone. Would recommend this battery. 5 stars except for installation and it's difficulty level.

Worse than old battery!
This "upgraded" battery doesn't last as long as the 8 year old battery I replaced. Terrible! Buy name brand for a few more dollars. It'll be worth it.

Works great!
My 2014 Droid Turbo is still going strong in 2021, giving me no good reason to upgrade. I bought this battery two months ago and it has returned the Droid Turbo to like-new performance. With normal usage, this battery worked for more than two days before needing recharging.

The battery is already 7 plus years old
The battery is not new. A label was placed over the original oem label hiding the fact that the battery was manufactured in 2015. In addition,the battery connector is defective. I will returnIt for a refund
