Boiling Milk in a milk boiler is a safe and effective way to preserve valuable nutrients and flavor. The double boiler design slowly and gently warms up the milk to its boiling temperature. Eliminates excessive heat, which can result in scorched flavor and formation of protein layer. Whistle in the boiler gently intimates you that the boiling process has begun. Add water to the milk boiler by unscrewing the whistle. Fill the water in the boiler. Do not overfill the boiler, overfill will result in water spilling out of the whistle while boiling milk. Screw in the whistle to the milk boiler. Keep the boiler on a stove and pour milk in it. Do not heat the boiler without any milk. Water is heated first and then the heat is transferred from the water to the milk. The double boiler design limits the overflow of milk. This ensures that the milk is heated slowly and thoroughly without the risk of burning. Boiler is made from high quality Aluminum and comes with Bakelite handles. This boiler is not dish washer safe. Discoloration of the inside vessel may happen depending on water hardness after 1st use.

The instructions given as we need to fill 4-5 cups of water but it will spill away if u follow those instructions. Just need to fill 1cup of water u can use rice cooker glass and the filler given is also useless, u can just with any cup. But the quality of the product is great, milk doesn't smell over boiled or it doesn't form any layer on it and also easy to clean.

Good product, not sure how long it would last
It surprisingly hard to find double sided boiler in the USA. I was super happy when I finally found this one. Quality is not the best, but it does what it’s meant to do. I use it to boil milk for making yogurt and works as expected

Good idea, bad quality
I bough this milk boiler almost more than 4 years ago and the product doesn't look anything close to to currently offered item (see the picture). Here is the breakdown on my reasoning for the 1 star:Pros:- double walls and the water between walls (should) prevents (to some degree) burning the milk at the bottom of the pot;- aluminum should help to warm up faster;Cons:- original product was delivered with broken handle. The seller sent a replaced which took it sweet time to arrive;- there is no way to figure out the water level between the walls. If it's not enough - the milk starts burning (getting stuck) at the bottom of the pot. If it's too much, when the water boils, it comes out and drips on the heating surface;- The surface is brushed aluminum (not stainless steel). As a result, particles of milk get stuck at the bottom and the only way to remove them is to use metal brush when you clean up. This result in making groves in the surface which brings more next milk particles when you use it next time, so you need to clean deeper and so on, and so on.

Like: the package arrived sooner than expected - thank you; it’s aluminum, as described - have no problem with that.Disappointed: one of the handles was broken when I opened the package; the plastic handles get very hot; the whistle attached somewhat loosely, having gaps around attached surface, so that if you put a bit more water inside the surrounding compartment, when it gets to boiling point, it spits all around.It works otherwise, but I’d rather invest more for a better product, $25 is way too much for the quality.

Very Nice. The only complaint is the plastic handles are prone to melting. Need to boil milk under low flame.

Worst Quality and not in good shape..Parts are damaged /Missing. I am highly disappointed and never buy this again.

Small handles
Can't expect beter quality for the price. The handles are small and get lot of heat. Difficult to handle with bare hands.
