Pro: It's well built with quality materials and a good powder coat. Looks niceCons:1. The instructions are a single, one-sided postcard with a few blurry pictures, so basically non-existent. Wasn't an issue for me since I've done a lot of electrical but if this will be your first time you might be left scratching your head and going to YouTube.2. The LED bulbs that come with it are harsh on the eyes, aren't very astetically pleasing, nor are they dimmable without causing a strobing effect. Recommend changing to a dimmable Edison style LED. These bulbs also for some reason cause a feedback that results in the LEDs over our kitchen island, that are on the same circuit, to strobe which is not something I'm ok with. It only does it in two of the three modes. More on those next.3. The bulbs have 3 modes. Yellow, white, and mix. Half the diodes are a soft yellow color and half are bright white. When you turn it on it will be yellow, flip it off then on and it's white, flip it again and it's both. This is very annoying and I’d rather have one color that I can dim or it should come with a remote.Overall I'm happy with it but have replacement bulbs on the way.

This is the story of a fixture we didn't want to give up on...Everything arrived on time & in perfect condition. I waited for electricians to install, but when they finally arrived all of the fixtures I ordered didn't work on my ceilings... This one was too short. When I went to do the return the seller contacted me & asked why I was returning & if they could help?! They offered to immediately send out longer cables ASAP. I was a little hesitant, but agreed because it had the right look & it was definitely the right price. The cables arrived within a week. I scheduled for a new electrician to come out (because OMG the 1st ones were trying to rob me blind--) he had a little difficulty trying to make the new cables work. (The clear one was fine) It turns out he'd have to take it apart & put the new cable in & well, it was a lot of work & we weren't sure if it was worth it. So, I just told him to put it up & make it work by combing the two cables together & putting black tape around it. There's a little bump at the top, but not too bad.Guess what? It's now my favorite fixture in the house.. I had to send 4 others back & buy new ones locally (to ensure they were going to work-- the hassle of returning light fixtures back to Amazon is mind numbing, btw) This was the least expensive & the one everyone fixates on when they come in the house. It's pretty perfect & I'm SO SO happy it all worked out. Again, the sellers were fantastic & promptly returned messages & followed through with everything to make it happen.PS> Make sure you put a dimmer on this. It's SO bright! We have to do that next. That's why the pics aren't great. (sorry)

I love our new pendant light! It totally changes the look of our dining room. We have it on a dimmer, which creates a great effect at night. This took about three months to get, unfortunately, but I attribute that to supply chain issues. Customer support was very responsive to my delivery queries. The actual light is a little different from the picture, though. The electrical wiring side is only a partial pole but still looks very nice. The support wire side is not black but silver, and when installing it, you have to be VERY careful when levelling it to not pull the wire too far because you can’t extend it back. You also need to be careful measuring the support wire side so both wires are aligned. This is more challenging to install than a traditional fixture but is well with the effort! I’d recommend this in a heartbeat!

This light fixture is absolutely gorgeous, even more beautiful in person. Looks incredibly high end and the Mid century style is on point. It solved a major issue for me as well because I had an off center outlet box that couldn’t be moved and I scoured the internet for a fixture that had an off center electrical mount area. Bingo! This was perfect, almost a miracle, to find the light that fit in the center of my space but electrically was mounted off center on the ceiling. I didn’t give it 5 stars for two reasons, it has proven not dimmable for me, the LED flickers at a lower power and it’s impossible to dim, and the screw area on each globe is silver, since the metal is black once you screw the globe to secure it, the silver finish shows and it kinda bothers me. But, really, ultimately a gorgeous gorgeous light fixture. Fairly easy to install

Update: I still love this light and receive many compliments on it. It’s unique and aesthetic. I highly recommend it.It’s a lovely structural piece. I haven’t seen much else like it. I am using this as an island light. I was looking for something that would only need to be wired on one end and had two attachment points because the area where the island sits is under a drop down ceiling and regular height ceiling. As I wasn’t working with a flush area and I wanted the light to be centered to the island I needed an option that would allow me to adjust the heights independently to level it out. I’ve tested it out and it worked great. I’ll try to remember to post a picture after everything is complete. We’re still in the middle of the kitchen remodel. The seller was fast with shipping, the light was packaged carefully and they threw in bulbs for free which I wasn’t expecting! I love the look of the light. I find it’s well constructed and I’m looking forward to having it as a focal point for my new kitchen.

We needed to super glue it because the area that screws on the light bulb and globe was broken, but only one was broken and it was an easy fix, I did not notice the globes were scratched until we turned the lights on. Also the light gives off a purple color with the bulbs provided.
