i’ve read that if you take a statin, you should take COQ 10. I love the taste and texture of these Gummies. Whether or not they really are essential for heart health, I can’t say for sure. I do look forward to taking them because they are easy to swallow.

I buy this often because I've taken a lot of college classes in human health (pre-med) and have continued to update my education about Co-enzyme Q10 and how it helps the mitochondria in the nucleus of the human cells produce energy from the food we eat. As we age, we don't produce as much as when we were younger. I am now in my 80's and trying to keep up my quality of life. The gummies taste good, can be stored at room temperature, and keep me feeling energetic enough to vigorously swim for an hour a few times a week. I've also heard directly from cardiologists that they take it themselves. It does have a little sugar and I'm trying to lose weight, so I recently switched to a sugar-free similar product. I no longer have the Nature's Bounty container, so I cannot include the picture. I took two a day.

I definitely feel like these do something and the taste is 10/10, the best tasting vitamin gummies I’ve ever tried. Before these I took actual Coq10 pills that were huge and I just got tired of swallowing them since I take a lot of other stuff daily as well. So these are a better alternative. The texture is also very soft and easy to chew. I guess my only negative would be my last container had one missing. Not that I was counting, but I was recommended a specific daily dose from my doctor and was careful to take that amount, so I could tell there was one missing at the end. I also wish they were a little cheaper since I feel like I go through them fast but I still feel like they are worth it.

I love these Gummies! They taste really good and juicy. I take a prescribed cholesterol pill that has Red Yeast in them and this CoQ10 helps me with muscle pain that’s caused by the prescription. They’re really effective and I notice the difference when I forget to take these pills.
