My right ear had been plugged up for a couple of weeks. Made it very difficult to hear clearly. Decided to try this ear cleaner before making a trip to the doctor. Gave it an initial try the first day I got it. Used the ear drops, waited 15-20 minutes, then flushed the ear with the sprayer. Not much effect other than making it feel like my ear was full of water. Gave it a second try the next day. Put in 10 drops, layed on the bed for 30 minutes to let it do it's work, then flushed with sprayer. After spraying about half the bottle, I was encouraged by seeing a few very small pieces of wax, so continued to spray. It took about one and a half bottles of spray, but by the time I finished two large pieces of way came out. What a relief. My ear feels to much better and I can hear clearly again. I really like this ear cleaner. It does a great job. I believe the design of the spray head with several small streams is much better than the single stream found on most sprayers. I would definitely recommend this ear cleaner.

It's got a few moving parts but well worth the effort. I produce wax and needed a more convenient solution than seeing a medical pro to address my problem. It works perfectly. I bought a Whisper ear dryer, dries both ears in less than five minutes. it's now a monthly ritual.

I have used the ear wax system for the first time and once I get the hang of the process, it will be very useful. It just takes practice and patience. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you. Donna Conlin

Easy to use but I had some really stubborn wax. It was able to be reachable by qtip after three days. Works as advertised.

Wow. This device works! I mean I thought I loss my hearing, there was so much wax built up. Tried it once. Nothing. Went through it once more, and chunks of ear wax fell to the sink and a minute later my hearing was restored to perfection! Patience, people. Patience.Lesson learned: Don't use Q-TIPS to clean your ears. It will only make things worse.Thank God for this product. Whoever created this knew what they were doing, and thank you so much for it.

I didn't get a look to see if it was the same brand, but the last time I went to the doctor for ear wax, they used something that looked exactly like this.I was worried that it would be hard to do myself, but it wasn't too bad.I put some drops in one ear and then laid down for 15 to 20 minutes, moving a little from time to time in case that helped.Then, I used the squirt bottle myself right over the sink. Since I was pointing it at my head, I just looked in the mirror to find my ear, and used my thumb to squeeze the trigger on the spray bottle.It wasn't too hard to figure out how to assemble the spray bottle. Tip: make sure the straw is towards the back of the bottle so that you don't have to refill it as much.Of course the spray bottle itself is simple. No batteries or buttons. Just fill it with warm water and start squirting. The bottle itself is a good size. I used a couple of bottles worth of water, and it seems a lot better now. I don't think that step took me more than maybe 10 minutes at the most. It would have been quicker if I had assembled the bottle ahead of time.I did not happen to use a drying agent (I think it's vinegar and alcohol), but I might try that next time. It seems like a good idea.It might have been better or easier to have a second person, but I was able to do the job just by myself.I have been wanting one of these for a while, and I'm glad to have it. It was worth every penny.

I was nervous at first but also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. My 93 yr old father’s ear was clogged up due to wax. It worked really well. I used the drops to soften the wax. The wax came out without an issue after a few blasts of water. I did a second application the next day just because he said he thought there was more in it. Nothing came out but he said it was a lot better.You really need a second person with this. One to hold the cup up to your ear when using the sprayer. The other person can use the sprayer and pull the ear back. I didn’t pull his ear back initially but once I did, the wax started coming out on its own. Cleaning everything wasn’t an issue either.would definitely recommend.

I know I have wax in my right ear. Two trips to the doctor this last fall, when the Dr. examined my ears - 2 different doctors - both stated I had quite a bit of wax in my right ear. I ordered this kit, and while it worked for others, it did not for me. I used it 3 times and I had zero success... not even a little bit. The process was easy enough, but I'll probably need something that is more powerful or will need to have in done by a doctor.
