Lid arrived fractured and then not working
The item was received with a fracture in the plastic lid/cover. The unit itself worked fine. Since the lid is part of activating the grinding, i.e. rotating it while pushing slightly down, I would think that a fractured lid is not something that promises long-lastingness.So I requested an exchange. This went well, and within a few days a "new" unit was delivered, faster than expected. BUT, the new unit, if it is a new unit, which I doubt, (just like for the first one), has a fracture in the lid as well, although smaller.Not sure if I should return it yet again, but it would have been great if Amazon had an option to contact the supplier (Amazon itself in this case), to write to about this issue.I would have put many more stars, as the unit itself grinds nicely, is not noisy, and the size is cute, but with this type of lid, not sure how long it will last.Update: At the time of writing I only had checked the lid. But the unit itself this time is not working at all. Wish I can get an exchange for one that works?Update: Got a third replacement, in less than 24h of return Happy at first, since no broken lid, and it switched on. BUT, after just a couple of uses, the grinding (motor?) is so weak that it's basically useless. I regret not having opted for a refund.Wasted money.

Works well.foe coffee, nuts sugar. Easy to clean.

Waste of money
Sheer waste of money, stop working after 4-5 usage. The start/stop button is also very tricky, the cover has to be fixed in a certain way to Start it.

Great stuff - but could have done better
Two concerns I have .What went wrong1. When you grind - fine powders escape from all sides and fall down - you have to keep a plate or something below the machine to collect the powder - its not airtight.2. Also - the switch is not clearly marked - it took time for us to learn that the cap needs to be in a particular position and then pressed in a certain way to switch the grinder on.What went rightOtherwise a very nice, cute and powerful grinder, especially for small quantities ..

Not working mixie
I had ordered one mixie and they sent two. I was exited but only to be disappointed that both didn't work. had to return this item
