How can i remove the top?

No offense, but if you have to ask me, then no, do not do it. I put myself and maybe Amazon into a position of liability by answering this question. Only qualified electronics technicians should remove the top.

Can the rotating turntable be used outside in weather?

No, definitely not. For lightweight items only.

Can you make a custom order for this product? I am looking for a stand that can rotate up to 0.3 sec per rotation, possibly with adjustable speed

The remote for this turntable has a lot of variable speed options but i don't think it's made to go that fast.
