I e-mailed them regarding the free installation and got a reply within an hour. Got my appointment after giving them my order details, mobile and address; and installers arrived the very next day. They were a team of 2 and were efficient AF. They opened the box, removed the transport bolts (read the owner's manual guys, it's mentioned four times!), fixed the water supply and drain hose, plugged it in and turned the machine on. They explained the cycles and started the fastest one (you're supposed to do one round of cycle with an empty drum before loading clothes for the first time). They even took the empty box to trash it out. All done in 5 minutes.
