Works great and professional grade - one of the best hair dryers I've ever used! Item arrived in original packaging with all accessories shown in the photo - the hair dryer, round brush, 2 hair clips, and 2 attachments (a concentrator and difuser). Price was half of what I found in brick & mortar shops. Love it!

The hairdryer is good I love it. However it did not come with the accesories displayed in the picture. No hairbrush and curl diffuser. I was a bit dissappinted about that.

I bought this hairdryer and immediately had an issue: the fuse blew up causing a shock and smell of fire. To the suppliers credit, they immediately replaced it.But now, one year later, the exact same thing has happened again. I use my hairdryer about twice a week. For this price tag, I expect a longer lasting product.When it works, it’s a good dryer but I don’t trust this brand and I would think twice about buying it again.

I just got the hair dryer, the packaging seems good but the material feels cheap and it did not come with the accesories displayed in the picture. No hairbrush and curl diffuser. I am very disappointed. For the same price I would get a real "salon quality" hair dryer.
