I had purchased this coffee table originally with low expectations as just a “filler” table for our apartment since my husband and I were planning on buying new furniture once we buy a house in the next year or so- but we were shocked at how good the quality of this table is! We might actually keep this table around for longer than we had expected!

I think overall this is a great coffee table. It’s sturdy, and has a very clean look to it. However, there were a few less than ideal speed bumps along the way to putting it together. Firstly, the most glaring issue was that the metal frame that goes around the table top in step one was about a millimeter too small. This meant in order to complete step 1 I needed to sand down one of the sides just to make it fit! Secondly during unpacking I noticed that both of the large boards (for the table top on bottom shelf) had a chunk taken out of same corner. I assume this means that in transit the box fell and chipped it, but still was a bummer to find when it arrived. Lastly on each board there were at least two screw holes that were offset from the metal bracket by around half a centimeter. This further made lining up and assembling the pieces even more of a chore. I really hope this was just a fluke for me and it’s not their entire production line that has these issues, because other than those issues it’s still a very nice table at the end of the day.

It's ok. Not worth the price imo.The table isn't even for some reason. The legs are unevenAlso after I put it all together I see these weird lines on the top of the table. At first I figured they were part of the table but they go against the grain. I tried to remove them they won't come off.I wish I inspected the wood before putting out together I would have put that piece on the bottom.Maybe if I really care I'll take it apart and fix it but it was really annoying to put the shelf and bottom piece inBut now it's really ugly with those lines =(

This item is much better than I expected. Easy to put together as everything is marked. Pieces are of quality products. I can’t say enough that this is one of my Best Buy of the year so far. I don’t normally give reviews but this deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

I just love the size and sturdiness of this coffee table. It is even strong enough for me to sit on...120LB with ease. Great purchase the only down side is that it looks brown in the picture and it is actually grey. It still goes well in the room but brown would have been much better...just saying.

I think this coffee table would be the best...except my bottom shelf does not fit into the black like the other shelfs do. If you can see in the picture it pops out and underneath the holes for the screws are at different sides of the bar so there is no possibility that it will go flat. Unfortunately that board is the last step, and even though it wasn’t too hard to put together, it’s to much of a hassle to take it apart and return it. I’m really disappointed, I still think it’s beautiful but it just looks wonky. Hopefully I can hide it since it’s at the bottom.

We needed specific width to fit within built-in shelving/entertainment center. Top needed to be 42-43" for flat screen TV legs but less than 45" to fit space. This is a nice unit. Wish there had been an option for black/grey wood instead of natural but its fine and looks good. Easily assembled and well built.

You’ll need two people to put together. I did it alone but it took twice the time it would take if you had an extra hand. Also, pushing some of the parts in were difficult and bit frustrating, but I think if you have help, it’s easier.
