Sony WF-H800 True Wireless Headphones In-ear Bluetooth with mic for phone call, black

I think I got a defective piece. The case and the headset doesn’t charge. And therefore doesn’t switch on.Have asked for a replacement.Update :Got the replacement unit and that too has the same problem. The headset doesn’t charge and therefore cannot switch it on.Looks like these products have been in the warehouse for a long time and the batteries have overdischarged. Even after hours of charging , it doesn’t come up .Going to return the replacement piece as well.

Couldnt find this product anywhere else in retail. Good price, good qualityWorks as expected

As an owner of many different headphones, including 3 different pairs of Sony truly wireless headphones, these are my favourite “go to” pair for critical listening. The lack of Active Noise Cancelling in these headphones seems to have left more processing power for pure audio, particularly with the DSEE HX audio upscaling feature. In a noisy environment like on a bus or walking on a busy street you probably won’t get the most out of these and you’re better off getting a set with Active Noise Cancelling. But if you’re in a quiet environment and you can get a good noise seal with these in-ears (they come with 3 different tips and there’s a stack of after-market options), then turn on DSEE HX through the Sony pairing app, and listen to your favourite tracks with a very flat audio response without having to worry about cables or over ear cans, and without the constant “negative pressure” of noise cancelling. Notice I said flat audio response, meaning the same sound pressure at each frequency. Many of you will prefer some hefty bass and for those people I suggest the WF-XB700 which carry an experience like sitting in a room with 4 subwoofers. These headphones are for those who want music to sound like it does in the recording studio, or as close as possible with a mobile audio source and a Bluetooth connection. They’re not a set of over ear cans with 70mm drivers but they are nevertheless excellent for what they are.
