This protein powder is thick . I usually don’t use a thick protein powder but this one grew on me . The taste is good . I like the slow release process. Good for taking before bed .

This tastes so much better than the competition
I was using the GNC amp sustained release protein before, but this, for whatever reason taste much better. It's much more appetizing and also satisfying. It may seem a little gritty to some, but I think it's awesome. It mixes very easily with my velociter portable electrical mixer. Highly recommend!
