A: H9 is more than enough, if you are not a training instructor
Off course H10 is the latest one with more technology but H9 is more than enough for me

Polar H10 is the Golden Standard in heart rate monitoring. The third one I had over a period of 7 years. They improved the design a lot and kept the accuracy in this new model. Battery compartment is more sturdy, that was the reason that I disposed from the previous model as the battery compartment wore out after the third or fourth battery replacement. With this new model, this issue was fixed.
