Great pully system for my home gym I recommend using a hammer drill, leveler, measuring tape, and 3/8 tapcon bolts as I wouldn't recommend using the hammer drill bit or screws that come with the set up. The clamps for the vinyl coated wire are a little pain to tighten if you don't use a socket on it. Also I think the single pully at the bottom should have a swivel, and the paracord rope attached to the hand grips isn't needed imo. Install took about 20 minutes by myself and the possibilities are endless as long as you think outside of the box. Bicep curls, boat rows, leg extensions, leg curls, lat pulldowns, cable crossovers, hamstring curls, overhead press,underhand pull downs and more. Strudy hammered steel and really quiet though if your using the top pully the back pully will move so if that bothers you it can be a little annoying. Other than that pretty great setup.

This will only work as a high pulley unfortunately. Considering all the equipment with it its a fair price but in principle it does not provide all functionalities…

Overall a good system. However, the lower pully operation interferes with the weights as the are moving upward. One recommendation is to offer a pully that swivels 180 deg left or right to avoid the cable when operating.
