Awesome laptop, build quality is good except...
I got this laptop with Ryzen 7 after lot's of research. The reason I went with Yoga vs Vivobook and Hp Aero was the form factor. This laptop hasn't disappointed. The Ryzen 7 is a beast. It's equivalent to an i7 but at i5's cost. Boots blazing fast, Edge opens in an instant, Windows 11 is awesome.Battery life is all day. Charge once and I get almost 8 hours of use. The touch screen is really good. Pen works as expected, good enough for casual users to write notes and annotate PDFs and docs. The keyboard as expected is one of the best. Lenovo has gotten the keyboard formula right in general so not an issue. The build quality is good for most parts except for a slight hiccup which is, if you press the chassis side next to the touch pad, the force can block touchpad press. Not an issue normally, but when I use laptop lying down with it vertically on my chest, it hinders touchpad operations.Bit of a fingerprint magnet, but I personally don't care about it.The only downside is the screen - at 1080p it's definitely on par with it's rivals. But coming from Macbook and Surface Book, it's definitely a downgrade. That being said, it's not a dealbreaker. Watch any youtube screen comparison for more details.I would say, for the price, this is definitely the best choice among it's peers.PS: Get the 1TB version. Not a huge difference in price.

post sales service and spare parts is a challenge
It was a good laptop but you cannot add additional memory to it. Also, if the screen cracks it is difficult to find the spare of that product and it is super expensive.

Value for Money and Fit for the Purpose
I purchased this for personal use perspective. For the use of the same, this product fitted well. Machine functionality, response, touch screen response all have met my expectations. Only thing I am bit uncomfortable is that backside of the display screen when plugged to power source gives a tingling sensation. While mfg says there is no issue with that, it is still a point of concerns. But for that you don't go wrong with this product.

Non-existent customer service
So, I finally shelled out for this amazing spec'd device and was super happy to receive it.A week later, it started getting slow - weird right!? I noticed the option to update and restart the system, so as I have done all my life, I updated and restarted.Boots quickly enough, reached home screen - and then zap! Nothing. Click anything, touch anything, it shows weak attempts to open, but no response.Fine, I think it's probably a windows issue, so I cann up the customer service. (I paid extra $$$ for extended warranty, onsite support, rhe whole spiel)Customer service was a large door to hell. The toll numbers don't always work. (For premium support), so I cann the regular support - they cant help as I am a premium customer (hee hee hee).I send an email, as advised by the support chap. They send me the usual request for details and a proposed resolution to 'please restart the device' (seriously! Jack there didn't know that's all I've done for 2 days now. Restart and pray!)Multiple email follow ups (1-2 mails a day) for the next 3 days - no response. (Maybe they blocked me?)Finally I called up the premium support today and lo and behold, the call went through. (Tears of joy). Praja then ingorma me that my case is marked as resolved! Whaaaaa. I know she's just doing her job and is not directly responsible for my sorrows, so I'm nice to her.I tell her that I am absolutely amazing that someone at Lenovo had the audacity to mark it as resolved. She suggested that she will create a new service request. I say sure and I'll hold while she does that. She says it'll take some time and promises to follow up with me.Na na na na....fool me once...and all that....."I'll hold"10 minutes later the service request was created and now it's wait and pray.I tell her: I have paid for premium on site support - can I expect anyone to visit today or tomorrow - "I can't say", she saysI tell her: " Ok that's fair, you're in service, not operations" so maybe one hand doesn't talk to the other, typical big corporation, right! "Any idea how long it would take to resolve such issues? A week, a month, a year?" (Imagine Joey going Paper, Snow....a Ghost)She says, " I can't say, hopefully within a week"I hope so too, I said. I hope so too.So 4 weeks since getting an expensive, super laptop, which I haven't been able to use for 2 weeks. So, what did we learn?Typically lenovo products are amazing, and likely you'll get a great piece, but in case you don't, hehehe, good luck with the customer service. And for any expensive product you ever buy, buy extended warranty - no telling how long they will take.

Beware Laptop has heating problem!!!’
Overall the product is good. The build quality and elegant colour options gives a wow factor. The laptop is quite light and the flexibility of turning the screen gives added benefits. The Windows 11 OS and MS suite that comes along is very helpful, as they are preinstalled. Windows 11 appears more mobile/handset friendly. It also gives facelift compared the previous edition. The laptop is getting heated up too fast. Into sure how it performs in summers of India. I am really concerned. I will have to to investigate if this is a problem of Ryzen processor.

Laptop is good, but...
The laptop is very good and worth for every money I spend on it. But usually it comes with a pen to write on its touch screen. But I didn't get one. I opened the packet after 10 days, so I couldn't resent or apply for refund.
