Have used before, just add to a full tank of fuel keeps injectots and egr valves clean and stops carbon build up.

It does what it says on the bottle. I have an older (2009 Ford Galaxy ) and it runs as smoothly as it did 10 year s ago and I put this down to regular services and use of Wynns twice a year. highly recommended.
