I suffer from migraines regularly and I'd read that CO Q10 can help reduce the number and severity of migraines. Having been on beta blockers for a time, that had numerous side effects, I thought I'd give these a go. I've been taking one a day for two months, and still had an attack, but with these you can take up to three a day so I've upped my dose to two a day. I'll report back once I've been taking two for longer. The best bit for me is that there aren't any side effects. I do hope they'll work.
