Better than I expected, good but not great.
I ordered the cabinet to hold/hide cleaning products in my utility/laundry room. Cons: I agree the packing left much to be desired. All the pieces were scraping against each other inside the carton for their entire journey to my front porch. Fortunately the only major damage did not show after assembly. As others mentioned, it does have a bit of a smell but it did not give me a headache and I did not need to air it out for 3 weeks; smells like fresh paint to me. Assembly was moderately easy (I'm not good at such things). I was suprised at how few pieces there were. The whole front panel (the door and hinges) was pre-assembled except for the knobs (which I will change out). The bottom panel was supposed to slide into a groove but due to poor craftsmanship it did not meet up with the groove. End result was that the entire cabinet is slightly wobbly because it affected slightly the rest of the assembly. One of the pre-attached doors hangs a bit off-kilter, but it does not affect opening or closing and is not unsightly. The bottom and side panels are kind of thin and different from the rest of the unit, but not nearly as bad as I was expecting from some of the lower reviews. They look fine, they just sound a little rattly if you tap on them. Biggest con for me was that the clearance between shelves was a bit shorter than I wanted. Some standard cleaning products will not fit the way I'd hoped. By the time I'd figured that out, I was done with assembly. But I made it work. Pros: Very inexpensive, and despite some of the cons, I knew I wasn't buying an heirloom quality piece of furniture at that low price, but it was far better than I expected for such an inexpensive piece. Looks decent enough for a laundry room. With a little patience and creativity and haphazardness, I was able to fit the cleaning products in, so it is doing what it was supposed to do, if only by a hair. Delivery was lightning quick. It arrived 5 days earlier than the shipping/tracking estimate.

Very well thought out piece and good quality
I ordered two of these at the same time, one for each bathroom. Surprisingly one came two days before the other. The first was in mint condition. If I had only ordered and received that one, it would have gotten 5 stars.1/ The quality of the material is great. Real wood, not processed wood or MDF. Exactly what you want in a bathroom where moisture would otherwise make the material expand in time.2/ They really gave a lot of thought to how to make assembly easy and fast. Very few parts to connect and instructions are exceptionally clear. Took me less than 10 minutes to assemble.3/ The unit looks high class once assembled and in place. Definitely looks worth a lot more than the price would indicate. The second unit to arrive however had some issues. The packaging was damaged and taped over on both sides, but surprisingly none of the parts adjoining the damaged sections were damaged. Other parts within the middle of the box were damaged. Thankfully I could place them in such a way that none were visible once assembled so I chose to not return. The thin pieces in the pre-assembled backboard were shifting around whilst in the first unit these were solidly in place. It is clear this unit was at least partly assembed before and re-packaged without any QA to check all pieces were still in good condition. Again, since it is just the invisible back of the unit I did not think it bad enough to return. It was clear though that the packaging material was extremely thin. A unit of this quality could use just a bit thicker layer of foam to protect it.All in all, at this price point it is well worth it.

Good but stinks...
This is cabinet is pretty good for the price and it was easy enough to put together. One person can easily put it together within 30 minutes. My major complaint is the initial odor that you smell upon opening the box. The cabinet has very strong paint fumes when you first open up the box, so it's a good idea to let it air out for a few days before you attempt to put together.I did not have the patience to do so and got a bit of a headache from assembling the cabinet. If you are like me and want to get it put together asap, make sure you are in a well ventilated area.Another complaint is that the bottom shelf and side panels are made of a flimsy board and not wood (the same material they use for the back of Ikea bookshelves). This is obviously a way to save costs, but I'd rather pay a little more and get wood all around the cabinet to make sure it holds properly. For now, it seems pretty sturdy, as I have my microwave on top of it and it seems to hold ok. I wouldn't move it around too much as the top is only head down by a few screws and the bottom and sides are flimsy board.Minus one star for the paint fumes and minus one more star for the materials used for the bottom and side panels... Should be a bit cheaper if they were going to use such cheap materials. On a positive note, it's quiet large and holds a good amount of things. Doesn't take up too much room and is great for smaller kitchens with limited shelf space. It serves it's purpose.

You get what you pay for.
First, and foremost, you get what you pay for. Second, it was missing one of the base panel side supports (box was shipped in good shape) so I had to make one. Thank God my wife married a stubborn man. Third, its obvious this group uses non seasoned wood or stores in high moisture areas because ever screw and metal piece was rusted to f*@$ all! Fourth, the fittment is hardly close to square and this damn thing weeble wobbles all over the place. Fifth (I have much more but ill stop here), the paint/finish on the wood appears to have been done by a young monkey that hasn't quite grown out of the "flinging poo" stage. Paint runs and tons of cracking, to be exact. I am not too sure why I bought this cabinet, I guess I expected a little better quality from an American company. I gave this 3 stars, because, lets face it, it lives up to the price point. Use your best judgement when buying cheap furniture, online. If it looks like a sore d*$k deal (ya cant beat it), its probably too good to be true!!!
