I have never written a review on here but this one needed it. I’ve had one before and it ripped after the second use which made it useless. This one also has a hood and good bands around the arms, ankles, and waste so you really built up a sweat. I used the stationary bike for about 20 minutes and sweat more than I would have in 5 hours. Great for detox and staying for! Make sure to stay hydrated! Amazing product

I was a little worried about this product after reading the reviews and seeing the horrible reviews of similar products but after a day of use I'm really happy with it so far. I got Ia size the was much to big for me expecting these to be tight so just be sure yours is only one size larger than what you normally wear. Despite mine being too big it still works great. You don't notice anything when you put it on but once you get moving, it starts to get hot really fast. It's very important that you stay hydrated and drink plenty of water while you are in this because you will be sweating buckets. The fit is very secure and comfortable thanks to the elastic bands on the hems and velcro straps at the wrist and ankles. After intense cardio and boxing it still remains in good shape and shows no signs of tearing. The only thing I dislike about this product is the amount of noise it makes while your moving and that it will be difficult to keep clean since a washer and dryer may damage it. I will post an update in after a week or two of use.

Pros - big jacket, nice hood, makes you sweat. Order size up - the jacket is big and the pants small. I ordered 8x and the pants fit comfortably.Cons - price should be cheaper. I've had it for less than a month and the red trim is already frayed. So far, so good but don't think it will last long. I do like the sweat capability, so I've ordered another one. First order was $25.99; now it is $32.99. What the heck?

I'm only 5'5" and 135 pounds and felt the Medium would fit just fine. A Large would have been easier to put on and take off. But other than the fit, the quality of the inside lining is TERRIBLE! It started to fall apart after less than three uses (while jogging). I would get tiny black specks of the plastic lining on my body and anything else I happened to be wearing beneath the sweat suit. Yes, it helps you sweat, but I felt it was not worth the trade-off of having small black specks of plastic all over myself, my workout clothing and the floor when I put it on and took it off. I did wash the sweat suit in the shower after each use, but I only had the water from the shower hit the inside and outside of the sweat suit. I did not scrub or wring it out and I hung it in the shower to dry. I fear other brand sweat suits would be made of the same type of material. I did not even consider returning such an item after having sweated in it, so I threw it away.

Awesome material and really makes you sweat

I've used it mostly being lazy and sitting in front of a space heater and sweating a bunch since saunas in my area are closed. I will sometimes put a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt on for more insulation. Works great. I think the only things I would say negative is:A) I have a pretty big head (7.75 size hat with a buzzed head) and getting my head in the small neck hole, it rips on my ears. I get that it needs to be tight, but it's real tight.B) After only a couple of uses it gets really sticky inside. You have to spray it down pretty often.

Sauna suit is a game changer! For years I used the GG brand sauna suit, but decided to switch it up because the quality has diminished over the years. This was a blind purchase (based on lowest price) and I couldn't be happier.First day wearing the suit:- After 20-30 minutes, it felt like my skin was heating up, sweating my @** off.- After 60-80 minutes, I was drenched and had to sit because the suit gassed me out. This is when I knew this sauna suit was 1000% worth it!P.S. Bought an XL (5'9" / 188lbs). It fits well (a bit baggy), which I like because I jog and want to avoid any tears for as long as possible.
