Super Quiet replaces 1 3/4" rollers perfectly for 2" rails, they ARE NOT 2" in diameter.
I replaced some old steel rollers that were not that noisy so I thought. I have a Direct Drive Sommer garage door opener which has no noise as it is soI did record before and after on my phone that I will try and post. Little did I realize how horrible my rollers were. Those old rollers had been in my garage door since we moved into our home in 1994, so they were probably well past needing replacement since we use our garage door as primary entrance and exit to our home, main reason for the Direct Drive garage door opener. My old rollers when I spun them made all kinds of noise, some even wobbled and how they stayed on the shaft is beyond me. These rollers make NO NOISE. I looked on youtube for videos on replacing them and just like they showed mine came out easily. Didn't have to remove any brackets, just bent the rail at the recommended location and was able to replace 4 on each side, the last one I didn't have to bend at all, at the top rail there is enough flex in the rail I was able to pop the wheel out. Total job maybe 15min. Just make sure you have something like a brass drift or steel rod to put in the rail so you can hammer the rail back into position and the steel rod helps form it perfectly. Now these rollers are super quiet, only noise comes from the door itself, hinges creaking etc.. No way to eliminate all the noise considering all that moving. I did a lot of research and these are by far the highest rated rollers on the market.. Don't be fooled by 10 or 11 bearing rollers that are not sealed, these have a cycle rating 4 times higher, pretty much a lifetime... For the price you can't go wrong, I seen these selling for 3 times as much at other "garage parts" store. As far as sizing these measure EXACTLY 1 3/4" they are listed as 2" but thats the rail size these are intended to fit into. They actually sell 1 3/4" rollers but I believe they are marketing them as exactly 1 3/4" the size of the roller itself and if you search for them you will not find the 6200Z rollers. I can promise you these are NOT 2" but are for 2" rails they are EXACTLY 1 3/4" in diameter as I measured them with a dial caliper... The shaft is 4".I combined a before and after video. Note: my garage door is quieter then most because of the opener, no noise so all noise is from rollers and hinges..

Silence is golden
WOW, it's amazing the difference this makes compared to the metal rollers I had on my doors.I used a sound meter and these rollers reduce it from about 50-52Db to a somewhere in the 29-31Db range.Definitely worth the $$$ to have an almost silent garage door.

New rollers, with bearings!
I replaced the original rollers in my garage door, I don't know that I got huge decrease in volume that I was hoping for, but at least I know that I have better rollers in place. Do a quick you tube search to find out how to replace the rollers, it only takes 10 minutes.

Easy to install
The garage door rollers fit right into the garage door. Installation was quick and simple. They roll straight and smooth. They hold up over time.

These really do work to reduce garage door noise
I had my garage repair man install these for me while he was replacing my spring since he only charged me an extra $20 to install them. My garage door is noticeably more quiet, these really do work.

Good buy for replacing older rollers
Decent replacement rollers, my gripe is they don't roll as easily as I'd thought they would up and down. Had to add some additional grease.
