Good extension cable to extend the power lead for my LED lights and is a very good length
This is a good power extension cable that is designed for low power devices such as security cameras, DVRs, NVRs, etc. It's quite universal so it will work for anything up to 12V, as long as the connectors are the right size to fit this and the power required does not exceed 60 Watt.I actually purchased this for the LED lights that I have in my staircase. The connectors are the same so it fits perfectly, and the great thing about this is that it is nice and thin. I had to hide the power cable for the LED lights, and run it under the carpet, at the point where it reached the top of the staircase, and then had to extend it to the nearest power point in one of the closest bedrooms. This was perfect for that due to it being so thin, and you can't tell at all where it is under the carpet. For a 5 meter length it is definitely good value for money at only £5.99. If you break it down then you are only paying £1.20 per meter and that really is great value for money in my eyes.

Fairy light extension
I ordered this SANSCO 5.5mm x 2.1mm universal power wire to bridge a gap between some fairy lights and power source. This 5 metre cable isn't very flexible which made running it around the raised bed sides a little tricky. This is a budget product which meets my own requirements fully.

Decent quality extension cable
This is a well-made extension cable that is ideal for extending the short leads of some power supplies. The cable is around 3mm in diameter and not very flexible, but there is decent strain relief at each end.The resistance of the cable is about 1.1 ohms which may be an issue with lower voltage supplies but I measured no discernible volt drop when testing at 5V and 26V and have experienced no problems in use. This is a decent low-cost extension lead that I have no hesitation in recommending.

60 What?!?
Perfectly standard DC extension cable, however I would question the rating of "60W" in the product listing. This extension drops about 2.3V over its length at 1A.Perhaps you could try and push 5A from a 12V supply down it, I wouldn't given the thickness of the cable. If you did you would lose most of your 60W to heating up the cable.

Great cable for the price
SANSCO 2.1 x 5.5mm DC Power Male to Female 5 meter 12V Power Extension Cable. There's not a lot you can say about this item as it is what it is, but it's as described and works! Its a 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC Power Male to Female 5 meter 12 Volt Power Extension Cable that fits an array of things from CCTV, PC/TV, power supplies, outdoor solar lights, 12v car accessories, LED strip lights and the list goes on.It seems well made out of decent quality materials and the connectors feel solid, the wire is 3mm wide which is the norm although many extensions I have are 4mm wide. There is no mention of Amperage but the cable works perfectly with my CCTV Cameras and LED strip lights require 12v 3A of power.Overall for £5.99 at the time of reviewing for a 12v 5m extension its a decent price.

Sansco 5.5mm x 2.1mm 5m DC Power Extension Cable: Decent Option For Low-Loads
The media could not be loaded. The ScoopThe Sansco 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC Power Extension Cable is a basic cable designed to extend the reach of a 12V DC power supply. What I liked- Good length: The 5 metre length provides a decent extension for various applications.- Male/Female connectors: The presence of both connectors simplifies connection between a power supply and a device.- Amperage compatibility: The advert mentions 12V and 60W capacity, which translates to a 5A rating. The So-So's- Build quality: This cable leans toward the budget side of build quality. What Didn't Work For Me- No information on maximum amperage: The description doesn't explicitly state the maximum amperage the cable can handle. While it can be derived from the stated voltage and wattage specification, it's better to have a clear amperage rating listed by the manufacturer.Advertiser’s Claims Examined- Works with 12V DC applications: Yes, the cable is designed for 12V DC applications.- Colour, Plug size, Type and Length: The seller's description accurately reflects the cable's colour, plug size, type and length.- Widely used: The cable can be used with some CCTV cameras, routers, and LED strips, but compatibility depends on the specific device's DC power connector size, and the current draw for such devices. My Overall SentimentThis is an average quality budget cable suitable for basic, low-power applications. While the 5 metre length and connector combination offer great flexibility for extending DC power, the lack of a clear amperage rating makes it difficult to assess its suitability for high-power applications or long-term durability. Longer cables have higher resistance, which can further reduce the safe power handling capacity. Having said that, for connecting low loads, this would be decent option, but for constant loads that draw a current around the cable claimed power handling, it might be best to consider a more robust option.

A simple cable that works as advertised.
Review of SANSCO 5.5mm x 2.1mm Universal 5 meter 12 Volt DC Power Cable for CCTV.A simple low voltage power cable to fit residential CCTV camera’s, this 12volt cable capable of 60W/5amps sold by Sansco a CCTV supplier. The cable a simple plastic coated cable with a female plug socket one end and a male plug the other end of the five meter cable, the two plugs well made and tight fitting. One cannot say much more about a simple cable except it works and now powers my new rotating PTZ CCTV camera installed to view my driveway, this cable can also fit other equipment such as LED light strips, routers and modems.
