THIS PRODUCT FIRST CONTAIN PETROLEUM!!! I specifically was trying to find pure lanolin only. It is deceiving to see the product "FACE" and then not have any ingredients to show what it is made of! I wrote to the vendor at time of purchase. I would not suggest this product to anyone. DOESN'T ANYBODY GET IT?PETROLEUM IS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE, NOT PERSONAL BODY USE - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER ANY TYPE OF 'DISTILLATION,' 'DILUTED STATUS,' OR OTHER PRODUCT INGREDIENTS. JUST BECAUSE THE MEDICAL AND BEAUTY INDUSTRIES HAVE BEEN PUSHING PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ON US FOR OVER 75 YEARS, DOES NOT MAKE IT A GOOD THING FOR YOUR BODY. Lanolin costs more, but lasts two to three times longer and is well worth the price for the natural product that it is. It also mixes much better than anything else with other items; water, oil, or alcohol based!

This is something I have wanted for some time. It can be be used to condition my hair, my skin. My dogs coat and that is what I use it for most often. Plus the price is beyond reasonable.

My gift papers very greasy the jar was open the grease had started to melt you should always seal the lid with tape I had to wipe the jar clean from the grease being in the bag.

First time user of this brand and so far I am very pleased. It is difficult to find lanolin that is not scented. I use this on my dry feet and hands. I wear cotton gloves and socks, and this works wonders. I also use this for my one dog. He has several allergies to grasses and various foods. It is difficult to weed out all the hidden things in food and even just the seasonal allergies. He will get dry itchy patches on his skin and his poor ears. A little of the pure lanolin helps to soften the dry patches, sooth the itch and help give a wee bit of relief, while his other medications kick in.Love the fact that this product does not have any other ingredients. Perfect for my intended uses and have started to use it as a deep conditioner for my scalp, as a treatment.
