Total Pillow Jumbo Deluxe Set Microbead Pillow and Back Brace Supports Neck, Back and Knees for Supreme Comfort

I came across this pillow when I was reaching recovery for rotator cuff surgery. It seems a lot of people were recommending it so thought I would give it a try. I must say how well it performed and gave me the support in the places I needed it. I like the way it folded in half and gives one more alternatives. I even took it on a plane flight recently and it came in handy in so many ways. I could lay my head forward on it or fold it under my arm and even used it as a neck pillow and IPad support.

I'm one of the people who are just unable to sleep on a plane. I have several very long flights coming up, and in my desperation I ordered every gadget available on amazon to try. I was already very happy with the trtl pillow and returned everything else, but when I received this, I decided to keep it. It definitely beats any neck pillow I've ever tried. It actually does support your head - you can rest it on this pillow and it will stay in position. Most of the neck pillows are equivalent to wearing a thick scarf - they are just so soft your neck still bends about 90 degrees after you fall asleep (especially the memory foam ones). I really don't understand what's the point of that.This works great, and is very versatile - you can move it around till you find the comfortable position. Not sure about the other demonstrated uses, but i just fold it in half and place it on the back or on the side of my head - or anywhere in between. I doubt I would ever use it as a sitting pillow, because I wouldn't want to rest my face on something that was laying on the ground or I was sitting on.It's definitely lager than most plane pillows, but to me getting some sleep is definitely worth the space in my carry-on.

It's too big and not comfortable for me in any position. The eye mask is good.

I love these pillows!The original size is amazing for your neck! There more ways to use this bigger size that work great for your Thrombosic and lumbar region!I have had two major cervical surgeries. c3-7. This pillow has been a life saver for me! Especially before surgery when finding a way to lay flat and not be miserable was almost impossible!! I have both sizes. The original size works best for the neck.And the jumbo size works great for my lumbar and thoracic damage.Great for use on the airplane!! You know when you fall asleep and your mouth falls open?! LOL If you fold the pillow in half and put it behind your neck and then slide it around a little bit under your chin and your in business!Travels well! Fits perfectly over your carry-on luggage handle or hand bag strap!! When I see all the travelers carrying there regular travel pillows, I feel bad for them! I love these pillows!The only downside is, if you sweat on the pillow the dark blue color bleeds terribly! Luckily the dark blue stain on my ivory pillowcases washed out completely!

material is hot and the jumbo is for real jumbo. not ideal.

This pillow is awesome! It is just like the one that I had for years but left on a plane. This one is a little bigger.Which I like. I ordered a total pillow first from another company and had to return as it was stiff andrough. This one is soft and pliable. The bag is comes with is a real plus as it has a band on the outside that willslip over your luggage handle. Always hated laying my pillow on the conveyer in security picking up everyone's germs.Now I don't have to. The tie on the bag when closed is long enough to though over your shoulder like a purse ifyour hands are full.

I have successfully used several of the regular sized total pillows on trips and at home, but thought I would experiment with this larger size for home needs. Upon arrival, it to be almost twice the size of regular pillow. The quality of the total pillow I received was excellent and over the past few months I have had no problems with seams as another person experienced.In my two home applications where I thought a larger pillow would be helpful, it did make a noticeable difference and I am happy with the outcome.While the size has helped in home applications, it is so large I haven't taken it on flights where the regular sized pillow was quite helpful in stabilizing my neck and head while I tried to doze.So while not as versatile as the regular sized pillow, the larger size may be a benefit in specific circumstances.
