**Q: are these boots non slippery ?**
A: These boots are great. The soles have traction and are not slippery. I bought them to wear in Wyoming and they were excellent hiking and In some snow. And comfortable too! Really happy with my purchase.

**Q: Are these boots waterproof?**
A: More water resistant than completely waterproof.

**Q: Are these boots water resistant or water proof?**
A: Mine are so far waterproof. I've had them for about a year and have worn them in all kinds of weather including heavy snow. They are leather so the moisture has discolored them a little as I have the light brown/tan color. But my feet have not gotten wet. I use them mainly for working with my horses in cold weather as they have a heel. But they aren't as warm in deep snow as my snow boots are. I can't wear them in any temp warmer than 40-50° as my feet get too hot. I do love them though and would definitely buy them again.
