This works well as a mild probiotic, and I don't feel like I'm overdoing anything. I take one in the morning with a large glass of water and it keeps me regular. I Have been taking one a day for about 8 years and no issues. If you're starting a probiotic regime, it's a safe place to start. The consistency of Vitamin Discount Center's product has been good.

This product probably works well for most people, but I need something closer to Align was hoping this would work for me.If I didn't have such severe issues it would have worked for me.
