Apple MacBook Pro MPXV2LL/A 13.3", Intel Core i5-7267U 3.1Ghz, 8gb RAM, 512gb SSD, Silver (Renewed)

This arrived super quick and in good packaging. There were just a few minor scratches on the top of the MacBook but that doesn’t bother me at all, I’ll probably just put a cover on it anyway. The computer speed was great and it works a dream. And honestly a MacBook at this price? I’m super happy. Oh and when I signed up for the warranty, they even reached out to me to send me a freebie, so they’re sending me a spare charger!- the laptop came with one but you know it’s always handy to have an extra one!

This product since i received it was overheating, never holding a charge and came with small chips. I dealt with it considering i needed this product for school and other purposes. fast forward to today 2026 i bought this in 2025 june has not even been a year, it was charging and then proceeded to spark and sizzle WHILE ON THE CHARGER, and started to smoke and then proceeded to shut off. i contacted amazon amazon couldn’t do anything , i contacted apple and apple notified me this macbook was from 2018. which is obviously not listed in the listing… with that being said they obviously don’t have parts anymore to fix this which if i would’ve known this product was almost 8 years old i would have NOT bought this at the selling price of a whopping 300 dollars. this is ridiculous and a safety issue, Im continuing to contact the seller and amazon because the condition of this laptop since i received it was not worth 300 dollars and the fact that it almost blew up in my home is a serious safety problem and needs to be addressed. currently the macbook will not even turn on anymore and i am unable to even get my files and things off of this laptop. the seller refuses to do anything about it even though they’re the ones who sent me a faulty laptop.

the product is great i haven’t had no problems with updating it or using it for any school work and ect. the battery life is good

product came quicker then expected, not in its orginal box, but nevertheless packed very well. After registering the warranty they check up on me afterward. Very nice, would buy again

When I received it I was given a charging brick that would NOT even plug into any outlet I had so I ended up using my iPad brick. It finally turned out but I instantly noticed battery issues the second it was at 15% or so and it would jump up to 40% randomly then back to 15% or even less or just a tiny bit more in the 20% range, after trying to even log into my iCloud account, the laptop would just be in an endless loading loop so I never managed to log into my iCloud account. In addition to all of this the laptop would randomly just shut off (more battery issues) which is when I just gave up on it completely since no matter if it was plugged in at all times, it would randomly drop to 0% and die on the spot with minutes long wait times to boot back up again, some other issues were in the keyboard, the “n” key would have to be pressed deep to type the letter or it wouldn’t budge at all, same thing for the spacebar. This purchase was a complete waste of time, even at the highest price of $440~ I basically just bought a useless piece of junk laptop that can not function at all.

I purchased two of these MacBook Pro 2017 with Touch Bars and both were duds, let me explain. The first I purchased just this year in 2022 July, received promptly, and immediately noticed flaws. Paint was beginning to peel from some keys but that was not nearly as bad as the problem with the sticky keys! Now I am fully aware of Apple's Butterfly 2 keyboard issues (which this MacBook featured), but this had multiple sticky keys and keys that were not fully responsive. Right out of the box! The screen was in good condition however and the MacBook powered on well. I was able to easily run my work applications (Teams, Slack, Chrome, Firefox) simultaneously without an issue. It was great because I could connect this with my iPad wirelessly as a second touchscreen display. I contacted the seller who wouldn't offer a replacement, so I ordered a second model and planned to return the first when it arrived. Today the second model arrived and this one had much worse cosmetic damage to it. Cracks along the corners of the display panel, and mystery liquid stains. There was also an issue powering on this display but after continuously holding power key, I was able to get the display on. For sure won't be keeping either of these unfortunately. Buyer beware!

For the most part I’m super happy with this purchase. It is made in the year 2017, which is an upgrade from the 2009 I was still using (MacBook Pro is built to last). A couple of things to note. I was send only the MacBook Pro and a generic off brand power cord (the reason for 4 stars). No box, no instructions, no headphones just so you know. There is only 4 thunderbolt ports on the computer (no USB ports-you will need to buy an adapter for about 10.00/Amazon) and one port will be taken up by the power cord. The computer itself works fantastic. I opened the lid it turned on automatically, when I entered my apple information it started to download everything from the cloud. Super easy to use, ran the software update and it is current as if it is a brand new MacBook Pro!! Would buy again would recommend and already have.

Arrived in good condition externally. Its clean and very few dents/ scratches. I did have to reinstall the macOS, but it was a quick process.

Worked for 2 months…then wouldn’t charge. I went to get it checked and there’s nothing they can do…it would cost more than its value to fix…don’t recommend buying

No me gusto que la computadora de por si, se calentara mucho, la pila no le dura mucho tiempo, tiene algunos detalles en el teclado, lo demás cumple su expectativa 💯
