Ferdinand with the Extra Toes

An adorable story, it is inviting and easy to read! A cute story that hits on some key "kiddo" strife that they (and adults) can relate to with trying to make friends for people with "differences" and those without!! Beautifully written and illustrated!

We loved this book! My kids were excited to have a book about a black cat, because we have one. They even showed Ferdinand’s picture to our cat Mishka.This book is very cute. My 7 years old can relate, because she has a dyslexia. This book shows that being different is not bad, but could actually be great, it is just part of your uniqueness!

My daughters love reading Ferdinand’s tale. We have our own polydactyl cat, and we love her. This book is very timely with the current climate our country is facing, teaching our children that what makes you different, makes you unique and amazing!

Ferdinand with the Extra Toes is a fun story about coming to terms with being different. It's sweet, charming, well written and a wonderful moral about how not only is it amazing to be different but how being different makes you special! A great gift for youngster or adult!
