Say I neeeded 3.2 oz** A: It has numerous markings including 32 to 1 or 3.2 oz there is a graduated scale on the side, loosen the cap and squeeze gently until the desired amount is reached. Should you decide to go with this, I used a sharpie to highlight the markings to make then easier to read **Q: How many gallons will this treat if one whole 16 oz bottle is used** A: I use 50:1.
