My brother is a nautical nerd, lol! I bought this for him on his 37th birthday. Needless to say, he LOVED it!

It's Brass
Well I received quickly. It came with no instructions and it is a small 3 inches. The face lettering is hard to read. Despite all this it does look like it'll work. Fortunately a sundial is not so difficult to read.
