I purchased the Asurion extended warranty but they informed me that the product was under a 2 year warranty and I should contact them. Email was sent and next day received a response with troubleshooting instructions. Still no go after following the instructions so I replied with a video the vendor requested. Next day I was informed a brand new replacement was already on it's way. I received it two days later. It was brand new, with all the attachments and worked perfectly. The customer service was excellent and the emails were worded in proper and correct English, which I much appreciated. That alone gave me confidence that everything was going to be smooth sailing. I highly recommend the product. It's a lot smaller, and lighter, than a similar massage gun I have which makes it easier to hold and to transport but it still does the job. I haven't had a chance to use the Red Light Heat so I can't speak to that.
