The new, BPA-free plastic in a classic shape: the 'old' field bottle has stood godfather here. Made from the new material 'Tritan'. Lightweight and sturdy. Adapts very well - thanks to the kidney shape - and is really tight. Can be easily attached to the backpack or daypack etc. with a carabiner. Details: 22 x 13 x 8 cm, neck diameter 2.9 cm, 135 g.

Huge fan of Nalgene bottles in general, and the G.I. Bottle shape is by far my favorite. I’d have to say Nalgene has by far improved a long time classic design. A huge issue I’ve had with cheaper G.I. Canteens is that they don’t fully seal, and leak if not fully upright. With the Nalgene bottle, it utilizes the same smallmouth lids as other Nalgene designs, and I have yet to have any leaks. 5/5, my new go to bottle.
