3M P100 / OV/AG Multi-Purpose Reusable Respirator 62023, Medium

I picked up this 3M P100 respirator when I was tasked with helping clean out my mother-in-law's house. I had no idea what I was going to be dealing with — dust, mold, old chemicals, who knows what else — so I wanted to make sure I was protected. This respirator did exactly what I needed it to do. The P100 / Organic Vapor / Acid Gas rated filters gave me confidence that I wasn't breathing in whatever was lurking in that house. The adjustable head straps made it easy to get a secure fit, and it was comfortable and lightweight enough to wear for an extended period without it becoming a burden. I honestly don't know what was floating around in the air during that cleanout, and thanks to this respirator, I didn't have to find out. For anyone tackling a similar project — whether it's cleaning out an old home, dealing with mold, or working around unknown chemicals — I would highly recommend this mask. Simple, effective, and gave me total peace of mind in a situation where I had no idea what I was being exposed to. Worth every penny.

So glad I purchased this item in order to safely fumigate my bee hives. No more holding my breath. The product works excellently and offers protection against harmful fumes. Highly recommend.

These are saving my family’s lives living here in methville Florida my hometown Interlachen. Sadly didn’t know But these gas mask wow works perfectly! The day hit man next door seen I was wearing a gas mask because his meth next door across the street at fire chiefs and next door to chiefs he said he’s wearing a gas mask so loud I heard them . Before this chemical rated gas mask arrived I had so bad of headaches I didn’t think I would wake up . So getting one of these is a must for my family forever living here. I was doing demolition in a bathroom with black mold, and didn’t realize I was cutting with an old skilsaw blade because I couldn’t smell the smoke in the air while wearing this respirator. And I was wearing it over a full beard. Very impressed and felt very safe!

This thing is a junk POS. I ordered a medium just like my last 3M respirator. This one is smaller and very uncomfortable. The only difference was I had a model 7502 base, which I used to wear 8hrs a day without issue. The head strap is also different, it's molded into the elastic. I definitely don't see this thing holding up to everyday use.

This 3M half-face respirator kit is comfortable to wear and feels very secure during use. The fit is good, and the straps are easy to adjust for a tight seal without discomfort. It works well for different tasks and provides solid protection. Overall, a reliable and well-made respirator kit that’s easy to use and dependable.

Picked up this respirator because I had to do some work involving solvents/chemicals. While wearing the respirator, I couldn’t smell a thing, which is exactly what you want. At one point I had to briefly take it off, and I was instantly hit with the smell the harsh chemicals in the air.... so I immediately put it right back on. Definitely does its job and gives me peace of mind when working around harsh substances. Comfortable fit, easy to adjust, and great protection overall.

Awsome product to use against forest fire smoke.

We've been using these half piece reusable respirator by 3m for the past 2 months, and I think it's a good respirator. We bought 3, and I think it protects us well, and it's easy to clean once you've worn it. The filters go on easily too, and they're comfortable enough for many people to wear for a long time. Here's what I like about this respirator: - Filters go on easy - Easy to adjust - Protects well - Comfortable enough - Easy to clean Here's what I don't like about this respirator: - The silicone is a little hard - Not easy to take off - Makes quite a bit of noise when you're breathing - More difficult to talk through - More difficult to take apart So, what I don't like about this respirator is the silicone that goes around your mouth and nose. Compared to the newer versions (which sometimes you can find for roughly $10 more than this mask), it's much firmer, and for a lot of people, it doesn't seal as well as the newer masks. Overall though, as long as you're careful, it does work well, and I think at $48 it's a good buy. That said, I would definitely check the newer versions if you're going to be using a respirator often, as those are way more comfortable for the majority of people.
