Active Listening: Improve Your Ability to Listen and Lead, Second Edition

For me, this book was a very easy to read, compact, convenient "guide". By reading through it, I picked up some information on some dos and don'ts, as well as some examples of behaviours to be reviewed. I found this book very helpful for me. But I would very much like to read more about this topic of active listening and deepen my knowledge!

This is very short and shallow. Reminds me of the type of handouts that you get on corporate training courses. Would be ok for €4.99 but not 10 or 15. You get better and more up to date information when you Google "how to practice active listening".
